About Us

My name is Jason Luster the President of 108 fitness. I have a bachlors degree in exercise science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and for years I have been directly involved with the fitness industry. From being a high school two sport athlete and having the opportunity to play some college football, to volunteering with M.S. walks and local fitness facilities. Even now, I still find some time to participate in the New castle County flag football league where my team is always in the conversation when they talk about championships.
In addition to being a personal trainer, I am also a exercise physiologist at a trauma and rehabilitation office in Wilmington DE where I design and implement workouts for patients recovering from recent trauma. Working on the clinical side of heath care has taught me how to be patient and how to deal with diverse groups of people.
Fitness is my life, and my goal is to pass on my knowledge and learn from as many people as I can.
PERSONAL TRAINING
108 offers 1 on 1 training sessions that last about 1 hr and 15 min. At your first training session, you will be given a quick tour of the facility and a quick medical history check. This would be the time that the client can voice any goals and concerns about their training session before they start. We will already have a outlined workout ready for you to try to get a feel on where you are at physically and then design your fitness program based on how the client does. We operate on a feedback system that means we work to your ability. If a client is having a lot of trouble with an exercise, then we will modify and attack it from another angle.

GROUP TRAINING
108 offers small group training sessions for the people who wish to work out with a couple buddy's to keep them motivated. Training Sessions usually last about 1 hr and 15 min. 4 clients is the max number of people that can be trained in a group session at one time. For our group session, we like to make it challenging and keep it competitive so you can be pushed by your training partners to do better than the time before. We like to have fun in the gym, but we also work hard to reach our goals.
